He is also an experienced expert witness in matters of real estate litigation, having testified before numerous courts in New York City and Long Island, as well as many municipal zoning boards.
Mr. Albro is involved with some of the industry's leading organizations, including the Appraisal Institute, the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers and the International Right of Way Association. He has achieved the Appraisal Institute's MAI designation and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors' MRICS designation, and he continues to deepen his professional knowledge by attending frequent educational courses and seminars.
Born and raised in Queens, Mr. Albro now lives in Mineola with his wife and family. He enjoys skiing and softball, which he coaches, and serves as proud chauffeur for his daughter's travel team.
