Ron Camilleri received a Master of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York. He is working towards his Appraisal Institute MAI designation. He has been involved in the New York commercial real estate market for 14 years, and has been with Standard Valuation Services since 1999.
Mr. Camilleri is a Partner at Standard Valuation Services and a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, specializing in complex commercial appraisal assignments, with an emphasis on retail, office, proposed development projects and large scale appraisal engagements.
Mr. Camilleri has extensive experience with mass appraisal modeling as it applies to the valuation of commercial properties. He has held a supervisory role in the reassessments of Nassau County and the Villages of Mineola, Lake Success and Sea Cliff.
Mr. Camilleri grew up in Seaford, New York, and attended Mac Arthur High School in Levittown. He currently resides in Babylon and enjoys spending time with his wife and children, travel, baseball, football, cycling, swimming and keeping up with the latest trends in technology. He is a volunteer for the Babylon Soccer Club, the West Islip Swim Club and his local church.
