MINEOLA, NEW YORK, January 2, 2008/Standard Valuation Services/- Neal D. Peysner, a Partner of Standard Valuation Services, recently achieved the prestigious SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute.
To industry peers, an SRA designation reflects knowledge, experience and leadership. To receive the designation, Peysner had to pass rigorous education requirements through the Appraisal Institute, establish industry experience and receive credit for a residential demonstration report.
Mr. Peysner is a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, who has been involved in the New York real estate market for 22 years. He has represented Standard Valuation Services as the Project Manager for the reassessments of the City of Glen Cove and the Villages of Mineola and Sea Cliff in Nassau County and for the multi-appraisal Assessment Review Commission (ARC) contract of high end residential properties in Nassau County.
